Here’s how –
The sender quickly builds a message using a combination of buttons from three groups: WHO, WHAT, and WHERE.
- WHO – the Person Required
- WHAT – the Workflow Need
- WHERE – the Rooms Involved
Create your specific message by pressing a button from each group causing it to light. The first button press causes that assigned sound to play on all user devices to alert the intended recipient.

Meanwhile, all user devices show the lit buttons as they occur inside each vertical group.
WHAT & WHERE.
The lighted buttons create a pattern that your brain quickly recognizes – even using peripheral vision while thinking about something else.
Compared to very slow reading comprehension or talk/listen radios or face to face communication approaches, the KelKomParadigm delivers clear messages – faster!

- Flashing Buttons: Each button can respond to button-presses independently – WITH EACH BUTTON PRESS light up solid or flash fast or slow.
- USE: Add urgency, emphasis, or clarity to an existing message.
- Dual Mode: Toggle between Essential Message mode and the Queue Mode for providers.
- USE: Establish a queue of rooms for the provider to visit, while retaining a separate mode for immediate office communication.
